Our program is designed to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for your child's growth and development. In the Busy Bee room we use a play-based approach to learning that emphasizes the importance of play in a child's development. It recognizes that children learn best through play and encourages them to explore, experiment, and discover the world around them in a safe and supportive environment. Our students engage in activities such as sensory play, dramatic play, art and music activities. We also use outside-play for gross motor activities where students get to do things like run, climb, ride cars or tricycles, play in the sand, draw with chalk, ball play and more! 

By providing opportunities for children to engage in play the teacher helps them develop important skills such as creativity, problem-solving, and social-emotional competence. We also believe that practical life skills are important for two-year-olds as they help them develop independence, confidence, and self-esteem. Simple tasks such as dressing themselves, feeding themselves, and cleaning up after themselves can go a long way in building their sense of accomplishment and responsibility.  Our nurturing teacher prioritizes creating a safe and welcoming environment for all children.
