Good Shepherd Child Development Center (GSCDC) is a mission and ministry of the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd where we are committed to the development of the whole child. The purpose is to provide a safe, affordable, quality Preschool and Transitional Kindergarten program to the community, secure in the love of God. The state licensed our Child Development Center to serve potty trained students ages 2years and 6 months to 5 years. Our program is based on the latest developmental theory and utilizes scaffolded learning, Montessori materials, STEAM education, art, sensory play, hands-on experiences, music and movement to ensure your child receives a well-rounded education.Our experienced, loving teachers develop lesson plans that meet the needs of their students and that are developmentally age appropriate in doing so teachers set the foundation for success in academic learning.
